How we handle your details
We use the details you give us to price and do your job. We don't sell them, and you can ask to see, fix or delete them at any time.

Who we are
Ramatini Service Agents (Pty) Ltd, head office at Office 101, Ludidi Complex, Madeira Street, Mthatha, with offices in Century City, Cape Town, and Beacon Bay, East London.
For anything on this page, phone the head office on 047 532 5995 or send us a note on the contact page.
What we collect
- When you ask for a quote: your name, phone number, email if you give it, your company or municipality, the service you need and the details you pick, the dates, the province and town, and anything you write in the notes.
- When you send a message: your name, phone number and the message.
- While we do the work: our calls, emails and WhatsApp messages with you, and the quotes and invoices that follow.
Why we use it
To phone you back with a price, plan and do the job, invoice you, and keep the records the law asks us to keep.
Who else sees it
- Our office and the crew sent to do your job, and only what they need to do it.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the forms, and ThinksForYou, who build and look after the website for us.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to send your request that way.
Some of these companies store data outside South Africa, mostly in the United States. We only use providers that are bound by data-protection terms of their own.
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Quotes, invoices and the records behind them stay for five years, because South African tax law requires it. Everything else we keep while we need it for your job, and we delete it sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or tell us to stop using it. Phone 047 532 5995 or use the contact page.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za or POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za.
Keeping it safe
Only the people who need your details to do your job can see them. If your details are ever exposed, we'll tell you and the Information Regulator, as the law requires.
